Britomart East one and Two. Hawkins Construction are the Main Contractor. This Contract involves the Fabrication and Erection of approximately 3000 tonnes of Structural Steel and is due for completion in August 2009. The project is the first in New Zealand to use Cellular Beams (For more on Cellular Beams, please go to our capabilities section). There is over 400 tonnes of Cellular Beams specified in this project.

The site is situated close to the waterfront in downtown Auckland and is a sizeable Commercial development that will have Westpac Bank and Ernst and Young among its tenants.
