The Carlaw park project in Parnell is the redevelopment of the old Rugby League ground.

This contract is being undertaken with Haydn and Rollett Construction.

The project involves the supply and erection of approximately 790 tonnes of Fabricated and painted structural steel.

The project is divided into 3 main parts; The Carpark, The Hotel, and the Commercial Precinct.

The project commenced in March 2008 and expected completion is September 2008.
