This is a new events centre being built by Mainzeal. The complex is located near the old Railway Station in Auckland.

The contract will have in excess of 600 tonnes of Structural Steel upon completion in October 2005. The Central Truss assembly commenced on site in February 2005 with the erection taking place successfully in April 2005. The lift was performed using a large capacity mobile crane at one end and a jacking arrangement at the other end.

The objective of minimising site welding by utilising bolted joints was successfully achieved.
