This project commenced in 1994 with the construction of an Underground Carpark, followed by the Casino, Restaurant and Hotel Complex, and finally the Skytower. Close to 4000 tonnes of Structural Steel was produced for this project from 1994-1997. At the time it was the largest contract undertaken by Grayson Engineering Ltd and occupied varying proportions of our production capability over these years.
